 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 lg clove
 ½ tsp grated ginger
 1 Green Giant Riced Cauliflower Medley
 1 tbsp low salt soy sauce
 1 egg

Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to a large nonstick skillet and cook garlic and ginger over medium heat 1 minute.
Add Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower Medley and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute.
2 Stir in 2 egg and scramble, then continue cooking 1 minute.
You are free to add in small cubes of port, chicken or beef for even more fun
