New Menu on 800 Calorie HCG Diet for 2017:
New diet menu for HCG diet includes many new choices for both lunch and dinner. I have. added many new choices but have kept the total calories below 800 and all have zero or near zero sugar. There are many new ideas that fit into the HCG Diet Protocol with low fat and sugars lower than 3 grams.
- Breakfast: 6 selections, high in protein
- Lunch: soups, wraps, protein, salads
- Dinner: soups, salads, vegetables, proteins
- Snacks: more than 25 selections
There are many great choices for lunch on the HCG diet. The cornerstone of this meal is protein, such as fish, chicken, meat, eggs as well as fruit and vegetables. Even fast food restaurants offer salads that with a little care and eliminating the dressing can make great lunches. The are two wraps that also are appropriate for the HCG diet.
Here are the choices for lunch, followed by fast food choices and then recipes for lunch all for phase 2 of the HCG diet. Note in the menu below you can have your choice of a protein including tuna, fish, chicken, beef or fish, a wraps with vegetables and protein (no mayo), fruit, large salads.

Fast Food Restaurants also provide some fast, low calorie and easy lunches. This includes most salads, but grilled chicken can also be eaten as long as their are no french fries or bread.
